At Shaw's Maple Products, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Due to the perishable nature of our maple products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or partially used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain the original packaging and take photos of the damage, as we may request these to process your claim.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Items purchased directly at our sugarhouse or retail store follow the same return guidelines above. Please bring your original receipt when returning items in person.
